Withdrawal and Cancellation of Services: We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services at our discretion if the practitioner is unwell or if a situation has arisen that forces cancelation of the appointment. In the event of cancellation by the customer, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the fee will be determined based on the nature of the service and any expenses incurred up to the cancellation point.

Financial Transactions: All financial transactions are final once processed. Refunds may be issued in accordance with our refund policy, if applicable.

Customer Expectations: While we strive to provide accurate information and maintain uninterrupted website services, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors or downtime. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from information errors or website downtime.

We can not and will not predict the whiteness of your teeth post treatment. This is unpredictable as everyones teeth are different and each treatment is tailored to you personally. 

Short term side effects of teeth whitening included possible gum irritation and sensitive teeth. For best results ensure you read your instructions carefully for correct kit use and suitable aftercare.

Costumer/patient behaviour: Customers/Patients are expected to behave in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner when interacting with our services. Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or any other form of abusive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for users who violate these guidelines.

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our products (oral) we can not offer returns on our products. However if there is a technical issue with your product or you an unhappy with your product please contact our customer service team on thebodhitreehygienists@gmail.com

Contraindications for LED Kit: Our LED teeth whitening kit may not be suitable for individuals with gum disease, have braces or Invisalign, have active cavities, have veneers, crowns or fillings in front teeth or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with us, your dentist or dental hygienist before use.

Contraindications for Bespoke Kit: Our Bespoke teeth whitening kit may not be suitable for individuals with gum disease, have braces or Invisalign, have active cavities, have veneers, crowns or fillings in front teeth or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Please consult with us, your dentist or dental hygienist before use. THIS SERVICE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR INTERSTATE PATIENTS. A TRAVEL FEE IS CHARGED IF YOU RESIDE MORE THAN 30KM AWAY FROM MOUNT ELIZA VIC  AUSTRALIA. 

Travel Fee: You as the purchaser must apply a travel fee seperate to the kit purchase. This is for the Bespoke kit ONLY, if you reside more than 30km's away from Mount Eliza. 

Hours: Our office hours are currently Wednesday, Friday & Saturday by appointment only. Appointments outside of regular hours may be accommodated upon request.

We are not liable for any damages, losses or injury due to our products not being used correctly (instructions provided not being used, read and understood correctly prior to use), resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between The Bodhi Tree - HOLISTIC HYGIENISTS and the user, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
